Our farm in Lembang is focused on Bird eye chili, also known as chili pepper, a variety from the species capsicum annum its used extensively in many Asian cuisines or known across Indonesia for its use for sambal. Bird's eye chili is one of the primary needs for Indonesian & Southeast Asians with an annual increase in price near Eid Al-Fitri and major holiday gatherings. The strategy we used is to deliver a good quality harvest and reach modern markets such as platforms based-app, direct end-user, and food packaging facilities. On-farm * Out-farm plays a key role to create the best quality harvest, with our commitment to using only organic nutrition & pesticide-free plants, with its out-farm of post-harvest dried chili pepper & other direct end-user deliveries.
